I just think, as a business, the music industry needs to learn how to deal with it. I’m no fan of people who share music (I don’t do it). I (and I’ve pointed this out plenty of times) am just pointing out the changes in the music marketplace that those in the industry might want to think about. In this case, I was just bringing it up as a discussion point. I’ve written about this topic a number of times before, where I’ve suggested that there’s nothing wrong with them. Heck, the guy is one of the biggest apologists for music thieves that you’ll ever find, so its hardly surprising that he’s against security cameras, even when used in the context of public spaces. He usually tends to argue against technological advancements that make laws easier to enforce or that steer people towards the straight & narrow. Dave, don’t try to find any logic in this (or any) of Mike’s arguments – you won’t find any.
